Sitting on a rock, the black dragon watched over his kingdom.

His red eyes pierced the dark ash cloud that covered the land.

The dragon did not move.

He stayed silent and waited.

Finally, a figure approached.

A challenger.

A large, bronze dragon stepped into the charred clearing.

His yellow eyes gleamed with the light of battle as he called out his challenge.

Face me, Shadow King!

The black dragon growled and looked down at the bronze one.

Challenger, how dare you enter my Dominia!

The challenger responds, unafraid.

I come in the name of peace! Peace cannot lie under the talon of a dictator! Come down and fight!

Narrowed red eyes lock onto gleaming yellow ones as the black dragon glowers at his challenger.

They did not blink.

They did not move.

Challenger and challenged engaged in a battle of spirit.

Finally, red eyes flicked away.

White talons gleamed as they raced toward their target.

Blood colored the ground as two giant beasts engaged in battle.

Two dragons.

One intent.

One victor.

The black one calls out to his challenger.

Beware, youngling! You are fighting a king!

Challenger replies with no words, but actions.

Rearing up, the bronze one slashes the black one across the face.

Blood paints the ground as two creatures rise into the air.

Challenger and challenged.

Two dragons.

One intent.

One victor.

Wings spread wide to catch the air currents.

Enemies circle each other.

Climbing the hidden ladder in the sky.

Black one dives.

Bronze one follows.

Black one pulls up.

Bronze one pulls up under his opponent.

Black one roars.

Fire baths the bronze one’s scales in deadly heat.

Bronze one falls.

Challenger and challenged.

Two dragons.

One intent.

One victor.

Black one lands.

Bronze one stands.

Black one attacks.

Bronze one meets black one head on.

Two great beasts locked in fierce combat only the death of one will end.

Black one snarls.

Give up, youngling! This is not your battle!

Challenger replies.

Only one of us will walk away, be it evil or good.

Dark or light.

Victor now to be decided.

Two dragons engaged in battle.

Talons flash as the challenged slashes the challenger.

The challenger falls.

One battle.

Two dragons.

One victor.

Decided.
Minor blood, but nothing in need of maturity warning. :I

"I come in peace and to kick your ass.".... I think that's summing up
what the bronze dragon said. Of course, the result is basically that
his body was cut and burned for this.
